Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers an opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery that will help you with any challenges you are facing.  We will provide you with empathetic listening and feedback in a safe and non-judgmental environment that will encourage and foster the process of change. 

  • Currently only accepting clients age 11 and up.

  • No in office sessions are being offered at the moment.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy is a holistic approach to therapy that has many benefits. Walking is a beneficial activity that promotes physical, mental, and emotional health. Walking releases endorphins (happy hormones!) in the brain, promotes blood circulation and oxygen flow throughout the body, and is proven to help calm the mind. Being in nature enhances mindfulness, which can lead to deeper insight, creativity, growth and healing.

Walk & Talk Therapy is a great option for teens, clients who don’t feel comfortable making direct eye contact, or clients who want to get some fresh air. How fast will we walk? Don’t “sweat” it, we’ll move at your desired pace!

If you decide to choose Walk & Talk Therapy, we’ll discuss session locations during your consultation. We’re so excited about Walk & Talk Therapy and we can’t wait to experience it with you!

Group Therapy

We heal in community, and group therapy is a great way to build community. It is an opportunity to gain skills in a group of about 5 – 8 people. This may sound excruciating for some, and exquisite to others – AND, groups can be such a great healing space. We respond positively to being a part of something and feeling connected to others. Also, we can give and receive feedback about what we bring to the session, and this furthers our healing process. Group therapy builds supports and skills
