If Felicity is an Out-of-Network provider with your insurance plan, we will provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. This is a great option for accessibility in seeking the therapist and healing options that you desire. You are responsible for contacting your insurance provider and inquiring about your options.

Cancellation Policy
Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our patients. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current patient, a patient on the waitlist, or a patient with a clinical emergency. A $75 fee will be charged for a missed or late cancelled appointment without giving 24 hours advance notice. Sessions can be cancelled ahead of time through email or phone.
