First, I want to acknowledge your courage and desire to get help. I know it can be challenging to take the first step, especially if you’re not used to asking for help or you’ve grown accustomed to being “strong” all the time, but you did it!. I’m honored that you’re considering me to walk with you on this journey. I’ll meet you where you are and accept you for who you are.

By building a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship, we will begin to unpack your concerns and life experiences. To help me understand who you are, I use a variety of creative activities and techniques to help you express yourself and understand your life journey.

An integral part of my therapy approach and an important component of healing is recognizing your resiliency and your strengths. I’ll highlight your strengths and show you how you can use those strengths to cope and to overcome your current challenges.
